Generic Surplus SS11 Latest Drops

Three new drops from Generic Surplus has just come through our doors. Just as we're used to seeing from the brand it is a mix of classic sneaker profiles with new design ideas & fresh materials.



Here's a closer look at these nice summer kicks

First is the Hunting Lo which is a super clean & easily worn retro All Court style sneaker. Nice navy colorway with white contrast stichings & eyelets. Suede toecap & side reinforcements.

We also recieved a new colorway of the Generic Surplus classic Borstal. It features a cool melange canvas upper & nice brown suede heel. Super summey look!

Lastly, here's a look at the Wood Wood Arkitip collab. It is a shoe that perfectly combines the laidback LA vibe that defines Generic Surplus with Wood Wood's practical Scandinavian design. Created with bike riding in mind, the shoe features a non-skid rubber sole, waxed cotton canvas upper & an easy care black rubber toe cap ideal for pedal pushing without dirtying down the shoes.

Vans Vault x Taka Hayashi

Here's a closer look at our latest shipment of the Taka Hayashi designed Vans Vault sneakers.


As we've become accustomed to when it comes to the Taka's, these two new models are a unique native american fused couple of sneakers, made up in premium materials such as ostrich leather & high quality suede.


Not what you would expect from Vans, the Derby TH LX is a take on classic english footwear. Supple suede with native american style perforations & a rubber crepe sole. Perfect spring joints fot the mature sneaker head!

Highly detailed & classic Taka Hayashi designed is the new Sk8-Hi TH LX. Premium brown ostrich leather sits on grey heavy cotton herringbone canvas & supple suede. Nice signature Taka Hayashi native american pattern on the outsole. Very nice & Japanese styled sneaker.

Danish brand Han Kjobenhavn just delivered our selection of their great eyewear line. Just as previous seasons, it is a strong collection with easily wearable designs derived from classic & vintage sunglasses, updated to a modern & timeless look.

A personal favourite of mine, the Ed is a classic 1950s clubmaster style browline frame. Great shades for a serious & manly yet stylish aesthetic.

The Timeless is a beautiful rounded shape frame in that is hand painted and coated for an authentic vintage 60's look. Very easily wearable & versatile style!

Han Kjobenhavn Union €129 (Sek 1299:-)
The Union is a unique design inspired by 1970's welding glasses. Slightly more angular & rugged than we're used to seeing from Han, but still manages to maintain the authentic & vintage style. Nice!

Beautiful wayfareresque shape, but in a more low key & stripped down design, Paul Senior defines Han Kjobenhavn's timeless yet modern aesthetic. Simply Awesome!

Momotaro Jeans

Some very exciting news this week, among other thing such as the latest drops from Vans Vault & Han Kjobenhavn, our first batch from highly coveted Japanese denim brand Momotaro has just been delivered!

Part of the Japan Blue group, one of the worlds most renonwned denim companies (Japan Blue sources fabric to the likes of Spellbound, Dior, APC & PRPS to name a few), Momotaro is a truly artisanal brand and takes extreme pride in producing some the worlds absolute finest jeans.

The Momotaro products are all hand made on vintage Union Special chain stitching machines in their own Rampuya sewing factory in the city of Kurashiki in Okayama, Japan. The process of creating these jeans is so meticulous that only about ten pairs are produced a day.

The same mentality of perfection that shows in the construction of the Momotaro jeans is reflected the denim used. Woven on vintage shuttle looms from extra long staple Zimbabwean cotton & dyed to perfection with pure indigo. It is a beautiful weave, heavy 15.7 oz & coarse with slight slubs & irregularities & a surprisingly soft hand. Designed to produce a unique, natural & vintage looking fade.

Awesome futuristic á la 1979 frames that definetly fits the Retrosuperfuture name. These sold out super fast last season & we are certain they won't last very long this time either so be very quick!

The Flat Top is a really nice versatile frame that has become synonymous with Super. Here done up in matte all black acetate.

Fit Of The Week

Spring is finally coming here in Stockholm and we're finally starting to see the sun come out for longer than just a few hours. We would like to celebrate with an early spring outfit!
