Indigofera A/W 2009 Denim

As we already posted last week swedish denim brand Indigofera have delivered their autumn collection. This is only their second collection but they have already managed to make quite a name for themselves in the denim world.
Mats Andersson & Johan Söderlund, who are the brains behind Indigofera, both have a very long past in the denim business with Edwin & LVC. They launched Indigofera as they were convinced there was a void in the denim market that needed to be filled. The main focus is on quality & insane detailing for the truly passionate denim-nerd. Most of the fabrics used are japanese & the washes are all hand made in Italy.

This is how great a washed pair of jeans can look if you choose the exact right fabric & have them distressed by the artisans at an italian laundry. Clint Clear Blue Wash € 175:- (Sek 1799:-)


For every season, Indigofera flex their muscles by making a very limited & special pair of jeans. For this season they made the pitch black Clint. These jeans are made with unwashed gunpowder dyed japanese selvage denim & feature great details like peekaboo coinpocket selvage, hidden back pocket rivets & offset back belt loop. Here's an affordable version of last seasons ultra-limited 10K Clint. Made with japanese selvage denim with a signature double red line, this is a great pair of everyday beaters complete with peekaboo coinpocket selvage, offset beltloop & a nice V-stitch at the top button. This is the Murphy model. A very nice vintage model with a true 1930's silhouette complete with crotch rivet & cinch back. Made with the same double red line selvage denim as the clint, they also feature the peekaboo coin pocket selvage. Murphy Selvage Unwashed € 145:- (Sek 1499:-)

Fit of the week

OriginalFake x Levis

As the fall season progresses we're recieveing more & more denims in the shop. Today the fifth installment of the OriginalFake x Levi's collabo jeans landed.

OriginalFake is a brand made by japanese toymakers Medicom & legendary grafitti artist Kaws that uses clothing as the canvas for Kaws' artistic work. Be it a pair of jeans, a t-shirt or a jacket, the pieces are always easily recognized by their distinctive style, with humouristic prints & quirky details.

This years collaboration celebrates the third anniversary of OriginalFake & consists of three different models


The first one is based on the iconic 1947 501 model & features the signature Kaws teeth pattern embroidered in blue on the back pockets & comes heavily washed. € 349:- (Sek 3499:-)


Next we have the 1955 501 model with the teeth pattern done in neon green & comes in a hard washed denim similar to the 1947's. € 349:- (Sek 3499:-)


Lastly we recieved a rinsed, relaxed fit cargo model with the teeth done in red. € 329:- (Sek 3299:-)

All three feature offset belt loops which are reinforced & a nice teeth pattern selvage edge both along the outseam & coinpocket.

Waves of Camo

Another addition to the C family is italian brand Camo. This fairly new brand has been around since 2008 and was one of the most interresting new comers at this years bread & butter trade show. The high end streetwear pieces are designed & produced entirely in Italy. They describe themselves as "A tiger camoflauged in the world" & the word Camo is what easiest & purest describes their design idea & project. The design idea is to use specifically purposed apparel & modify & twist them to camoflauge other meanings of inspiration, but still within the borders & rules of society. The different pieces are made to be worn by, rather than wear, it's wearer.
