C Store x Diemme!

This friday we're releasing our first collaboration model with Italian bootmakers Diemme, produced in a limited edition of only 49 pairs!

Influenced by the darkness of the Scandinavian winter, we decided to make a black/grey version of the iconic Roccia Vet model. To make it an optimal shoe for winter conditions, we picked the water resistant waxed Ontario leather quality, sourced from Italian tannery Conceria Mastrotto, and added a black suede shaft for extra comfort.

In order to keep the clean black look, we opted for black metal D-rings and lace hooks, overdyed grey welt stiches and black welt, graphite grey midsoles and minimal branding using only our own C logo stamped on the tongue and the Italian Tricolore flag tab stiched to the heel. The boots come laced with two-tone black/grey laces, but for those who want an even cleaner look, we've added an extra pair of all black laces to the box.

As with all Diemme boots, our version of the Roccia Vet is constructed using ideal welt stitichings, which is a very durable technique involving a turned out doublestitch. Other features include water-repellent Italian 1.4mm leather uppers, Vibram Lisk soles with extra non slip capacity, vegetable latex padding for support and added comfort, cow leather lining for extra breathability and moist absorbtion and a gusseted leather tongue to keep water from penetrating in to the boot.
